How to Initiate a Return

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned items are received and inspected, confirming that all bottles are unopened and unused.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

  • Limit per Household: Only one refund per household is permitted.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and refunds.
